Sales & Marketing Manager
NRT X-RAY designs, manufactures and markets medical x-ray systems to hospitals’ radiology departments in and outside Denmark. The company has been part of the Canon Medical Systems group since 2022.
To support and drive growth through commercial activities in Denmark and internationally we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager. The position entails close collaboration with both existing and new distributors, as well as internal and group stakeholders, to strengthen NRT’s market presence and product performance. The role includes both strategic and operational tasks, related to the development, coordination, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & channel activities:
· Manage and support NRT's distribution channels to meet revenue and growth targets.
· Be responsible for all commercial activities, incl. quoting, promotion and support during tender processes.
· Initiate, motivate, and support distributors to ensure successful sales and marketing execution.
Product & Event Activities
· Demonstrate NRT’s products to distributors, partners, and customers.
· Organize and participate in sales-promoting events and conferences.
· Provide sales training, product education, and ongoing support to NRT distributors.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
· Coordinate and prepare user and technical training programs
· Support reporting activities to NRT’s parent company and other stakeholders. e.g. via market feedback and opportunities for product development.
· Provide market insights and data for internal forecasting and budgeting.
Marketing & Communication
· Develop and utilize visual and audiovisual marketing materials including NRT’s website and strengthen NRT’s presence on social media.
· Prepare product related documentation including sales material, product descriptions, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
· Communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Relevant experience with channel sales and product marketing (preferably within technical sales or medical imaging).
· Radiology experience is an advantage, however not mandatory
· Proficiency in English is mandatory; Danish is an advantage.
